Starbucks in Ulm

Staff at this is Starbucks all seem to get along so well and just move in sync behind the bar

Their customer service here is impeccable.

Slow service inside had to wait about 20min for my drink!

Ordered two black coffees and was told I had to wait while they filled all of the mixed specialty drinks ordered ahead of me. This has never happened at any coffee shop in the past. Store was packed and car line outside so wait was over ten minutes. Never go to this Starbucks. Went to another one 3 miles away and the served me immediately like all others.

This location literally never has a full stock of anything on their menu. No matter if it’s a drink or food item. You can never have both of what you want. They should’ve kept the other location on Ulmerton opened and closed this one. Horrible management that you pay so much money and sit in line just to ultimately order a back up or something you didn’t want to begin with.

They did NOT put the lid on all the way..which is something my wife found out the hard way.

Slowest line I have ever been in. And it’s EVERY SINGLE DAY! Plan on spending 15-20 minutes if you want coffee. Maybe they need more staffing but right now it’s miserable!

I go by this location all the time on my way to work and the staff are always a pleasure! It's always a great start to my day.

I order 2 large coffee and get 1/2 in each cup

Order was wrong. Asked to have it remade with sweet cream and the barista literally poured some of the drink out and added sweet cream in front of me. Still tasted terrible but I was already waiting 20 minutes for coffee so I just threw it away and wasted $5.

This is the best Starbucks! The staff here deserves a pay raise, they are doing everything right and start off all my mornings with a smile!

Slow service but excellent quality

The batista was friendly and smiley. I paid with my Starbucks app and she had my favorite drink ready Nitro Cold Brew with Sweet Cream & an extra shot of espresso! Delicious! The line was long as usual BUT service was great and fast! Social distancing was followed and everyone wore a mask. Happy Saturday all!

They make a point to know you and the y always prepare your drink to your taste

The drive thru looked long, but I thought I'd try anyway. Surprisingly, the line went faster than expected. Our drinks were prepared exactly as we ordered, and the service was friendly.

No issues with Starbucks . It is the McDonald's of coffee. I got what I wanted. It tasted like I expected .

Went here this morning at 6:30 am website says open and signs are out at store and staff is inside all lights on but no one will come to drive up and doors are locked !

Rude servers, even though wearing masks they don't let you sit socially distanced. We sat on the road in the parking lot. Regret buying their average coffee for 6, it's your loss, I'm objecting with my feet, good bye

After a long walk on a hot beach, I was thirsty and hungry. I decided to go inside for grab-and-go because there was a line of about 12 cars in the drive through. I was surprised to see at least two of the people working were wearing their masks under their noses, not over their noses as required by local authorities. As the number of covid cases is spiking in our area, it's risky to go out at all; going out and finding that food service staff is slacking on safety measures is discouraging. The food and the coffee were good as usual, and one of the baristas who WAS properly masked cheerfully agreed to remake my drink, which had been assembled by someone with her nose hanging over my cup as she added ice to a cold brew. This Starbucks is conveniently located between home and my p.o. box so I like to stop here, but I think I'll be going elsewhere for a while.

terrible service, incompetent employees, and there was a bug mixed into my strawberry açaí refresher with lemonade!!! do NOT recommend.

Awesome location and so impressed with the demeanor of employees and operations especially since covid. Long line goes quick and when you get up to the speaker the employee is always very nice.

I’d give it a 0 if I could not because I dislike Starbucks I love Starbucks but because I preferred two drinks via the mobile order on Monday. I arrived after 8 minutes after I ordered and pulled up to the drive thru window just to have the rudest lady in the world say “oh we had to dump your drinks and I can’t remake them now” she offered no reason (they were open until 2pm and it wasnt even 1pm yet) she obviously didn’t want to be working and that’s understandable but her common courtesy went out the door and with no refund offered or anything I was appalled

Mehhhh... It is not my favorite Starbucks. The line is too long for the location at ALL hours and they haven't gotten the drinks down pat... I'll keep trying.

Just another Starbuck

This is my go to place when I have a morning work meeting over in Pinellas. I drive over early to beat the traffic and hang out at this Starbucks to work. It is unlike any other Starbucks I have been in. Large, lots of seating styles, excellent availability of plugs for laptops/phones, etc. I wish we had one like this closer to where I live.
